Why does a Strong horse matter?

For our horses to support us on their backs and to be able to do perform with the tasks we ask, they need to be as strong as possible. Many horses are lacking (and yes this includes some high level horses) foundational strength, flexibility and balance. This increases their chance of injury as well as decreasing ability to do their job and feel 'light and balanced' under saddle. This programme plugs that gap, allowing you to have a focused programme to take you step by step through creating a strong foundation of strength, flexibility and strength of your horse.

How can our S&C system help?

  • The beauty of breaking it down

All of our programmes are broken down into day by day and week by week. This structure makes it totally possible for you to complete the full programme. It has been designed by a team of physio's along side top vets, giving you peace of mind

  • Building from the base up

Most owners know carrot stretches, but do not know how to build true strength of their horse. By building up your horses stability muscles, they will have more ability to balance, have more power and are less likely to have an injury. Believe us, they will really thank you for this!

  • Adding to your toolbox

Building your horses foundations can be a challenge. But the skills you will learn throughout this system will be with you for life! You will be able to apply them to every horse you have - from long reining to therapeutic lunging and everything in between!

Meet Award Equine Physio

We're Award Equine Physio and we have been rehabilitating & helping horses improve for 14 years. We are driven to improving how horses move, so they are more comfortable, have less injuries and perform better for riders.

We understand that improving your horses movement, strength & performance can be a challenge. We have worked with some of the coutries leading vets to create an online offering to improve the way horses move and we are delighted to be able to offer this to every horse owner.
